I’m sure we can all think of times when we had to do something over and over until eventually, we are successful; like studying for a test at school or starting a new job: at the beginning it seems hard to keep doing tedious tasks every single day, until one day a few months down the road you don't even notice it has become a habit. And that's how we form actions that lead to success by consistently doing the tasks we need to do every day to get to success. By starting and committing to what we started we can get to our destination.
When you form powerful habits you can have success in achieving your goals, whether they are health and fitness goals like mine or in any other areas of your life. Creating habits can help you to follow through with the goals you've set for yourself.
